Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@auryxofficial.com and we will make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
