We stand fully behind AURYX. If you are not satisfied with your results within 30 days of receiving your order, we will make it right.

How to start a return: Email support@auryxofficial.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 24 hours with next steps and a prepaid return label.

What qualifies: Any order within 30 days of the delivery date. We do not require you to prove it is defective — your satisfaction is the standard.

Refund processing: Once we receive the returned device, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately with a photo. We will ship a replacement at no charge — no return required.

Notes: Free gift accessories (tongue scraper, syringe, ebook) do not need to be returned. The AURYX device must be returned for a refund to be processed. Gift cards are non-refundable.
